MARCH IS OVER.... 300 MILES LATER

So, with only 80 minutes left on the clock of March, I clocked in 11.288 miles last night (at 10:40pm....) to end the month with THREE HUNDRED MILES....

A personal best.

Didn't think I was going to make it. Kelly had play practice and I was waiting for her to get home so I could get out.

The weather was dreary. Warm, but foggy and misty. I was drenched when I was done with the ride.

Even though I was restricted to riding in my neighborhood, I churned out a respectable 16.8 mph average. I don't think I've ever ridden above 16.1 in the neighborhood.

April is here. April I will shoot for 400 miles. In March, there were 12 days I did not ride. 2 of those were Saturdays. That's 50+ miles right there. With the warmer weather upon us, I will get in A LOT more 4:30 am rides. I can still ride 6 days a week and meet that goal of 400 miles.

If the weather is cooperative, I don't see a problem.
