CONTEMPLATING IT

I have been reading story after story after story of how folks are fed up with the price of gas. So much so that they have now started riding to work. It has my interest piqued, that's for sure. I have always wanted to do it. It's an easy 22 mile ride. I could do it easily. It's just the logistics of getting into the office with clothes, and finding someplace to shower, etc....

Time wise, it would take me about 1.25 hours. Nothing major. I leave early enough in the morning that that wouldn't be a problem. Coming home wouldn't be that bad either, but I'm trying to map out "NON" busy streets to trek home on.

I am really entertaining the idea.

If I rode to work everyday, I would save about $190 a month on commuting costs.

There's no way I could do this 5 days a week. I enjoy cycling. That's because I don't ride 7 days a week. 3-5 days a week is more like it.
