STEPPING IT UP
Had another 100 mile week last week. This week, I'm going for 3 in a row. 3-weeks/300 miles.
I stepped up my daily morning ride this week from 15.6 miles to 18.8 miles a day. I didn't like the Saturday feeling of "HAVING" to ride 25 miles to get to my 100 mile mark. If I stay with the 18.8 miles per day, by Saturday, I will be at 94 miles and can either do my 18.8 for Saturday, or 'phone it in' and only do a 6-7 mile ride to reach 100.
We'll have to wait and see how the week pans out.
