20-MILE RIDE, NEW SHIRT, and 4 MORE DAYS
It's been a while since I've blogged. A lot going on this week. 4 more days til the 24 Hours of Booty ride. Hooray!
In preparation for it, I'm really focusing on my diet these past 2 weeks. Lots of complex carbs, as well as plenty of sleep. Vitamins and water and plenty of them also.
This past weekend, I got out for a quick 20 mile ride to break in the riding jersey we'll be wearing that Diamond Springs Water provided for us. It's a NICE shirt.
I also order a new pair of riding pants to help me on the ride. I'll break those in tomorrow night when I do my final ride before Friday's big event.
I'm stoked to do this ride.
